• Serve as the senior commercial leader responsible for defining and executing the area growth strategy for Orthofix’s Limb Reconstruction business • Lead the strategic direction for the Area, aligning commercial priorities with national growth objectives and corporate strategy • Drive alignment between field sales execution and enterprise-level contracting or pricing initiatives • Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with leading orthopedic and trauma surgeons • Champion leadership development and succession planning to build future commercial talent • Contribute to national initiatives such as sales force transformation, digital enablement, and go-to-market innovation
