• Collaborates with Account Executive, Account Director and/or client to facilitate new sales opportunities while building client relationships. • Identifies areas for service and process improvement. • Collect accurate order specifications to obtain competitive quotes. • Quotes, sources, oversees production, and manages inventory and eCommerce for customer’s marketing collateral. • Create presentations to promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. • Manage and track order status; contact vendors to obtain tracking information. • Provides superior customer service as a point of contact to ensure the customer’s projects meet defined specifications.
