Job Description

• Develop and maintain the company's financial budgets and forecasts. • Build financial models to evaluate various scenarios and make informed decisions. • Monitor the company's financial performance against budgets and forecasts. • Analyze variances between actual financial results and budgeted/forecasted figures. • Prepare regular financial reports for internal stakeholders as well as external parties. • Conduct ad hoc financial analyses as requested by management.

Job Requirements

  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Able to work with ambiguity and tell a story with numbers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Required)
  • Background in investment banking or startup finance/business development experience preferred
  • Experience with board or client deliverables
  • Proven financial modeling and analysis experience, ideally in a healthcare startup or similar fast-paced environment
  • Experience creating budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting.
