Job Description

• Manage content calendars for a variety of in-house brands • Perform industry and keyword research to discover new content opportunities • Ideate, execute, and measure the performance of content • Identify necessary content refreshes and optimizations • Watch trends and audit brands in Google Search Console and SEMrush • Write and review copy (primarily long-form) as needed • Assist in launching targeted marketing campaigns • Mentor a small team of content specialists

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, media, or related field
5+ years in content marketing and previous experience developing B2B content calendars
Experience writing content (primarily blogs, long-form guides, and landing pages) and optimizing it for SEO
Proficiency in SEMrush and Google Search Console
Proficiency in content management systems (HubSpot preferred)
Exposure to performance data and analyzing content marketing metrics
Interest in managing others and training them up on key skills
Strategic thinker who can adapt, pivot, and stay ahead of industry trends
Strong communicator
Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable managing multiple brand style guidelines and preferences
Ability to meet hard deadlines and communicate project status updates
