Job Description
• Drive the strategy and commercialization of assigned AI solutions
• Transform custom programs into scalable, high-margin Solution Packages
• Design scalable Solution Packages (50-70%+ margin)
• Define roadmaps, capture IP/build playbooks for faster deployment
• Create sales enablement materials
• Design pricing and define ideal customer profiles
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships; represent Andela in thought leadership
Job Requirements
- 8-12 years in solutions consulting, product management, or GTM
- 5+ years in B2B enterprise software/services
- Proven 0-to-1 track record (strategy → packaging → commercialization → revenue)
- Strategic and commercial skills
- Sales Enablement skills
- Executive Communication
- Technical Fluency (moderate depth)
- AI/ML Fundamentals (preferred)
