• Organize and execute on-site product demos and customer trials.
• Operate equipment and communicate system benefits.
• Train dealers and customers on safe, effective product use.
• Support installation and implementation for new customers.
• Provide field feedback to the Product and R&D teams.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in technical field sales or agronomy support.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with turf or spraying equipment.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Ability to conduct live demos confidently with end users.
- Strong communication and training skills.
- Travel flexibility (up to 70%) and fieldwork readiness.
