Job Description

• Lead the strategic vision and execution of centralized planning and inventory management across the enterprise, serving as the supply chain lead for inventory and planning • Drive structured change management and field adoption to embed sustainable inventory practices • Manage Directors, Senior Managers, and Analysts • Provide executive oversight of backorder management, allocation strategies, and inventory availability • Direct enterprise-wide demand forecasting, inventory optimization, and capacity planning initiatives

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (required)
Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., APICS, CPIM, PMP) strongly preferred
12+ years of experience in inventory planning, supply chain operations, or related roles
7+ years of experience in strategic leadership and people management
Proven executive leadership in supply chain planning and inventory management
Expertise in ERP systems (Oracle preferred), planning tools, and data visualization platforms
