• Maintain accurate and efficient documentation in the electronic medical record in relation to billing and financial matters. • Excellent communication amongst the team is required. • Provide assistance in submitting electronic and paper claims, patient statements, and posting electronic payments. • Work with the Revenue Cycle team in handling patient collections and denials. • Collaborate with Medicare, Worker's Compensation, and Commercial insurance policies.
