• As Head of SEO Content, you will serve as the senior content leader for both clients and the internal team. • You will own content conversations with clients, confidently addressing content quality, SEO/GEO content strategy, and CRO, while guiding them on how content drives measurable results. • Internally, you will lead, manage, and build out the content team (L1–L4), setting clear expectations, priorities, and work plans to ensure consistent, high-quality execution. • You will define, document, and uphold GMP’s writing, editing, and quality standards, and partner closely with senior leadership to improve client profitability, team efficiency, and the overall impact of GMP’s content services. • You’ll be accountable for: • Rigorously managing and executing only the highest quality client deliverables on time • Working with internal GMP teams to deliver and optimize channel strategy for both SEO and GEO • Developing strong internal processes that enable scale and predictable delivery • Hiring and building out the content team • Managing content team performance, development, and clear ownership across content initiatives • Driving measurable SEO/GEO content results aligned with client and business goals • Maintaining and improving client satisfaction, content NPS, and long-term relationships.
