Job Description
• Own design execution across ARMRA’s digital channels, including email (retention), e-commerce, digital retail marketplaces, and paid performance creative.
• Lead design strategy for retention marketing, ensuring email and lifecycle touchpoints are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for engagement.
• Oversee design direction across web, digital retail, and paid media channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate & oversee design execution with growth marketing to translate performance strategy into effective and scalable creative execution.
• Collaborate with creative leadership to define and evolve ARMRA’s digital design direction.
• Help craft, refine, implement, and enforce the visual design vision and standards across the organization.
• Ensure brand consistency and excellence across all digital touchpoints.
• Push the brand forward through thoughtful experimentation and innovative creative approaches.
• Lead key design projects from concept through execution, maintaining a high standard of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and cross-functional teams to execute creative briefs.
• Take initiative in identifying creative opportunities beyond project briefs.
• Own design direction for campaigns, product launches, and major digital initiatives.
• Manage and mentor digital designers across web, digital retail, and performance marketing.
• Provide thoughtful feedback and guidance to maintain high design standards and best practices.
• Monitor project progress, supporting the team in meeting deadlines and delivering quality work.
• Foster a collaborative and creative design culture that encourages innovation and growth.
• Partner closely with growth, brand, product, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative across channels.
• Improve communication between brand and growth teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and project ownership.
• Act as a design resource across departments, supporting teams with creative needs and strategic guidance.
• Deliver creative that drives engagement, retention, and conversion
• Maintain speed and quality in a fast-paced growth environment
• Improve visual storytelling and communication across platforms
• Ensure creative excellence and brand integrity
• Drive efficient workflows and scalable design systems
• Mentor and develop designers across the digital team
• Inspire the team daily while pushing the brand’s creative boundaries
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital design, with leadership experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing email/lifecycle marketing, web, and performance creative
- Experience leading designers and overseeing cross-channel digital creative
- Deep understanding of retention marketing and digital performance design
- Ability to balance hands-on design work with leadership responsibilities
- Experience working with ecommerce and digital retail platforms (Amazon, Target, etc.)
- Strong collaboration skills working with growth, brand, and marketing teams
- Experience building efficient design systems and workflows
