• Lead market entry and growth strategies in TX, FL, NC, and other Southeastern states. • Identify and evaluate new opportunities across geographies, populations, and payer/provider partnerships. • Collaborate with the CEO and growth team to prioritize and execute market launches. • Build and manage referral relationships with PCPs, hospitals, orthopedic surgeons, PM&R, pain specialists, and community-based providers. • Develop and scale in-person physical therapy networks to complement our virtual care model. • Serve as a trusted liaison to clinical and administrative leaders across provider organizations. • Inform and refine market strategies to drive outcomes and financial performance in value-based contracts. • Collaborate with population health strategy, clinical, and operational teams to implement network initiatives. • Partner with finance, medical economics, and actuarial teams to analyze data and inform strategy. • Translate strategic objectives into actionable initiatives with internal and external stakeholders. • Hire, mentor, and scale a small data team over time (engineering + analytics).
