Job Description

• Act as a senior ambassador for the company, representing us at industry conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, panels, and events. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with hyperscale customers, cloud providers, operators, infrastructure partners, utilities, co-ops, OEMs, and land development partners. • Identify and pursue partnership opportunities, including joint ventures, land transactions, energy collaborations, and co-development initiatives. • Strategically position and “sell” current and upcoming data center sites, communicating value propositions clearly to customers and partners. • Develop a partnerships pipeline that supports long-range growth objectives, tracking opportunities from introduction through commercial engagement. • Collaborate with internal teams (development, energy, strategy, finance, and legal) to align partnership discussions with project timelines and company goals. • Lead major external engagements, including exploratory conversations, negotiations, and structuring of partnership frameworks. • Conduct market intelligence and competitive research to identify key players, emerging opportunities, and shifting customer demand. • Craft strategic messaging, external collateral, and talking points for conferences and partner engagements. • Represent the company as a thought leader, staying visible and active across the digital infrastructure community.

Job Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, business development, data center development, energy, telecom, infrastructure, or related sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the data center ecosystem, including hyperscalers, energy players, land developers, operators, and infrastructure partners.
  • Proven track record of building executive-level relationships and driving partnership or commercial outcomes.
  • Strong communication, presence, and public-facing skills — comfortable on stage, in meetings, and in high-stakes commercial conversations.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive mindset — someone who spots opportunities early and moves quickly to capture them.
  • Experience evaluating or structuring joint ventures, strategic alliances, and commercial agreements.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions and translate market feedback into actionable internal insights.
  • Willingness to travel 50–70%+, depending on the conference calendar and partnership needs.
