Job Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS demand generation or revenue marketing
- Proven track record of owning pipeline targets and delivering measurable growth
- Experience building and scaling demand programs in a $10M–$50M ARR environment preferred
- Deep expertise across digital channels, lifecycle marketing, and integrated campaign strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel management, attribution, and optimization
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Experience managing Marketing Operations, BDRs, or performance content resources is a plus
- Builder mentality with a bias for action, ownership, and accountability.
