Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; experience in healthcare, health tech, or SaaS strongly preferred.
- Operates with extreme ownership, urgency, and follow-through
- Highly versatile technical skill set (e.g., front end web development, APIs, cloud, databases, distributed systems, automation)
- Experience in software development, web applications development, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT infrastructure.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder management skills who thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills—able to synthesize and present information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Curious and creative—always exploring new technologies and better ways to solve problems
