Job Description

• Manage a support team of Logistics and Finance. • Ensure adequate accounting of; and track, analyze, and report on; trends in supply chain utilization and efficiency of cost vs Donations In-Kind (DIK), labor costs, and impacts on budget vs actual cost. • Monitor Long Term Recovery project locations and ensure alignment with the CDC’s Social Vulnerability Index (SVI). • Collect, analyze, and report on Long Term Recovery’s impact in disaster locations to internal stakeholders and donors. • Review data, coach new users, and improve utilization of Long Term Recovery’s two main software platforms: Caseworthy for Client Services and Procore for Construction Management including creating new case/project files and ensuring coordination with Finance for propagation to ERP and accounting software. • Assist in the utilization of Xactimate to understand general commercial values of services and analyze efficacy of our contractor bids and change orders. • Synthesize Team Rubicon response data and other data sets to inform Long Term Recovery program assessments. • Jointly review client case files, scopes of work, and project estimates to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Monitor weather events and ensure Long Term Recovery team accounts for impacts to timeline and lead the follow-up with historical clients experiencing new disasters.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-4 years of relevant professional experience in the military, disaster response, emergency management, or first responder fields
  • 1-3 years of experience with tools for data management, data analysis, and data visualization like PowerBI, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and ArcGIS
