- Good at: Writing requirements
- Wrangling data in Excel
- Writing Process Definition documents
- Creating associated process flow diagrams in Visio
Knowledge of Salesforce is a must, and SAP would also be valuable.
- Excel requirements:
- Structured tables (including the different formula syntax from normal filters)
- Modern functions like XLOOKUP, VSTACK, FILTER, GROUPBY
- Power Query (inc. Fuzzy Logic lookups)
- Power Pivot
- Power BI might be helpful
