• Update and validate course information so that all content reflects the latest program structures, requirements, and standards. • Improve ADA accessibility by following best practices in structure, markup, and content adjustments. • Collaborate with UX and Marketing (Product, SEO/SEM, Operations) teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all updated pages. • May support unit with research of the project. • Typically analyze data, present facts, and recommend solutions. • Maintain changing logs and databases for the project (supporting version control). • Assist with the analysis of business benefit before, during and after implementation of the project. • Conduct unit-specific responsibilities.
