Job Description

• Lead the preparation of comprehensive markets, finance and management reports, including monthly performance packages with analysis, commentary, and business insights. • Conduct in-depth variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actuals and forecasts and perform competitor benchmarking to inform strategic decisions. • Model projections, analyse forward-looking indicators, and conduct scenario modelling to support business planning and ad hoc analyses. • Manage large, complex financial data sets, transforming unstructured data into actionable insights. • Design, develop, and manage dynamic, user-friendly reports and dashboards using Power BI. • Write and execute SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data, maintaining data integrity and reliability across reporting databases.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, or related fields.
5–7 years of experience in financial reporting, analytics, and business analysis, including at least 2 years as a Power BI developer.
Power BI certifications are a plus.
Strong spoken and written English.
Experience working in a global or matrixed environment is preferred.
