Job Description
LiveVox Developer
Location: Remote
Employment: Contract (6 months with possible extension)
Are you a LiveVox Developer with experience designing blended omnichannel workflows, optimizing and maintaining applications, managing NICE CXone features, ensuring compliance, and engaging in agile processes? If yes, we want to hear from you! If you thrive in building seamless omnichannel workflows and API-driven solutions, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between LiveVoxand NICE CXone using APIs and SDKs.
- Create Studio scriptsin NICE inContact to orchestrate omnichannel interactions and call flows.
- Build custom scripts in LiveVox Designerfor proactive outreach campaigns.
- Configure IVR flows, call routing, and dialer campaigns.
- Integrate third-party systems like Salesforceor Snowflake.
- Develop custom API integrations to meet unique business needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful deployment.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot issues with OEMs, vendors, and product suppliers.
Qualifications for Success:
- 10 years CCaaS experience
- 2 or more years of experience with LiveVox
- Experience with the NICE CXone platforms
- Experience with API development, CRM integrations, and omnichannel workflows.
- Experience with IVR design, dialer campaigns, and compliance standards.
- Familiarity with contracts, SLAs, and customer engagement models.
- Ability to work in agile environments and manage SLAs/contracts effectively.

Pay within this range will be market rate, vary based upon experience, skills, certifications, education among other factors as required in the job description. Contract hourly rate is $65.00-85.00 / hour USD
