Job Description

• Oversee the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. • Assist clients in establishing budgets and forecasts. • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling. • Analyze client data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. • Engage with Tinuiti’s client channel teams and additional internal teams to contribute positively towards client project outcomes. • Act as a point of contact for client communications, ensuring that clients receive timely updates on project progress and outcomes. • Maintain and apply an in-depth knowledge of market developments, emerging trends, and best practices of the client’s business, and the industry overall to enhance client strategies and recommendations.

Job Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in Account Management or Client Partner roles.
  • Extensive experience with multiple digital platforms.
  • Google Analytics.
  • Project Management tools.
  • Research tools such as: Pathmatics, SimilarWeb, Kantar/Vivvix, Resonate, Commspoint.
  • Demonstrated success analyzing data and using analytics tools to drive marketing decisions.
  • Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively across clients, multiple partner relationships, and internal initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
