Mortgage Loan Closer
Beeline is seeking a detail-oriented Loan Closer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure smooth, accurate, and compliant loan closings across multiple states and loan programs. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy variety, and have strong communication skills, this is the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Review upcoming loans to ensure all conditions are met, and requirements are complete
- Finalize closing costs across multiple states and loan programs
- Generate initial disclosure packages and LEs
- Ensure all state-required documents are sent to closing
- Maintain open communication with internal and external parties
- Think critically, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of TRID rules and regulations is required
- Experience with ComplianceEase is a plus
Skills & Requirements
- Familiarity with multiple state customs and loan types
- Strong analytical skills; ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure document accuracy
- Comfortable multitasking and switching between files and tasks
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Quick learner with LOS systems
- Excellent internal and external communication skills
- Knowledge of loan processes is a plus
- Strong willingness to learn
