The Loan Closer will be responsible for ensuring smooth, accurate, and compliant loan closings across various states and loan programs by reviewing loan conditions and finalizing closing costs. Key duties include generating initial disclosure packages, ensuring all state-required documents are sent, and maintaining open communication with all relevant parties.
