Job Description
• Support the development of innovative fintech products that expand access to retirement benefits
• Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams to provide legal guidance on new products and features
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable direction
• Review customer-facing disclosures and marketing materials
• Help shape regulatory strategy by monitoring legal developments and managing risk while enabling growth
Job Requirements
- Deep experience advising on technology or financial services products
- Strong judgment and comfort navigating ambiguity
- Ability to influence cross-functional decision-making
- Familiarity with financial services, consumer protection, data security, and retirement-related regulatory frameworks
- Collaborative mindset and clear communication style.
