Job Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy or occupational therapy program.
- 5+ years of healthcare or service‑industry operations leadership, with proven success managing multi‑site environments.
- Proven ability to drive consistent operational performance using established processes, metrics, and standards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and financial data, identify gaps, and implement targeted solutions.
- Solid understanding of clinic‑level financial drivers and key operating levers.
- Demonstrated experience coaching and developing leaders to elevate performance across multiple locations.
- Excellent prioritization and time‑management skills; effective at navigating competing operational demands.
- Strong collaborator with a track record of working cross‑functionally to meet organizational goals.

This role is responsible for the daily operations of Company clinics, acting as the liaison between administrative services and clinical staff while ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations and company policies.
