Job Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional design experience, ideally in CPG or DTC with a strong packaging focus.
- Strong working knowledge of typography, including hierarchy, readability, spacing, and type pairing across digital and print applications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
- Familiarity with 3D software (KeyShot, Blender, or similar) for mockups is a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in print production, packaging specifications, and retail display design.
- Strong creative instincts with the ability to flex across multiple mediums and project types.
- Exceptional organizational skills and project management abilities; comfortable juggling competing priorities.
- A portfolio that highlights successful packaging, retail, and campaign design work.
