The Project Specialist will act as the customer-facing technical expert for products and solutions, partnering with internal teams to execute customer deliverables by coordinating timelines and managing requests. This role involves attending customer calls, providing updates, and ensuring all projects meet established metrics for contract, deadline, and quality standards.

This role provides structured coordination and operational support for new clinic construction development and renovation initiatives by maintaining procurement workflows, tracking budgets and milestones, and ensuring data integrity. Responsibilities include managing procurement, overseeing vendor efforts, auditing capital budgets, managing data platforms, and implementing cross-functional processes.

The Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates by performing quantity take-offs, developing estimates for various systems, and evaluating subcontractor proposals. This role also involves collaborating with project teams and supervising junior estimating staff.

This role involves leading the planning and execution of key organizational projects, ensuring alignment with goals, timelines, and budget constraints, while developing plans, defining deliverables, and establishing milestones. Responsibilities also include conducting post-mortems, implementing quality control, developing change management strategies, identifying risks, preparing progress reports, and coaching junior colleagues.
