• Own and drive key project management activities that support cross-functional teams delivering digital health solutions (e.g., patient screeners, CTMS, eSource platforms). • Build, maintain, and evolve project plans to ensure seamless execution across timelines, budgets, and quality expectations. • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving forward. • Develop clear, insightful project reports and status updates that keep stakeholders engaged and informed. • Support project financial management through analysis, tracking, and collaboration with functional leads. • Synthesize inputs from across teams to ensure deliverables are completed efficiently and effectively. • Ensure all activities meet regulatory standards, SOPs, ICH-GCP guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
