Job Description
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all activities of the Onsite Technology Functional Area
• Recruit and manage multiple Venue Technology Managers
• Contribute to the detailed venue project planning process
• Develop overall strategy for venue operations technology
• Maintain effective working relationships with venue teams and stakeholders
• Collaborate with technology partners & suppliers
• Provide regular reports to senior management
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 4 years of management experience in on-site/field technology support and project management
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- End-to-end understanding of technologies
- Experience in delivering production IT services
- Proficient in desktop and mobile OS systems such as Windows, Mac OS, Android, iOS, and Linux
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in both verbal and written English; proficiency in Italian is preferred
