This is a remote position.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Remote Event Operations Specialist to support the coordination of high-impact, client-facing events.
In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping major event operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll manage scheduling, client communications, and event-related logistics, ensuring every detail is confirmed and every interaction feels professional and seamless.
You’ll work closely with our team to keep timelines organized, support live and upcoming events, and help deliver a polished experience from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy being part of large-scale or high-visibility events, this role is for you.
Requirements
Must be at least 18 years old
Reliable access to a computer or smartphone with stable internet
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Prior experience in administrative support, customer service, hospitality, call centers, or event-related roles is helpful but not required
Communicate professionally with clients via email, chat, and phone
Support coordination tasks such as confirming schedules, appointments, and timelines
Maintain accurate records of client communications and updates
Work closely with internal teams to address time-sensitive requests
Help ensure a seamless process and positive overall experience
