Role Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Research Analyst with 6+ years of experience in recruitment research, data sourcing, and talent mapping. This role will focus on building and managing large-scale physician databases and supporting recruitment teams with high-quality candidate pipelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and source physician and healthcare professionals from multiple platforms
- Build and maintain a structured database of doctors across specialties
- Use platforms such as:
- Doximity
- PracticeLink
- NPI registry
- State medical boards
- Perform data enrichment (emails, contact details, hospital affiliations)
- Support recruiters with qualified candidate pipelines
- Conduct market mapping and competitor research
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting dashboards
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in research / sourcing / talent mapping
- Experience in US healthcare or recruitment domain preferred
- Strong experience with data tools and sourcing platforms
- Ability to work with large datasets and structured databases
- Familiarity with Excel / Google Sheets / CRM tools
- Strong analytical and research skills
