Job Description

• This is a remote position. • Manage the daily "heartbeat" of company communication. • Design and deploy email and SMS messaging. • Create and execute internal marketing campaigns. • Master GoHighLevel to help agents upload their contacts. • Participate in a daily start-of-day sync to align on deliverables. • Provide an end-of-day progress report detailing completed work and performance metrics. • Execute multiple campaigns per day.

Job Requirements

3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or Growth Automation.
Deep, hands-on experience in the GoHighLevel ecosystem.
Demonstrated success generating leads or booked appointments through automated campaigns.
Experience collaborating with designers to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Strong problem-solving mindset—you don’t wait for instructions; you figure it out and execute.
