As an isolved Implementations Specialist at HireLevel, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where your day-to-day activities will revolve around guiding clients through the isolved implementations process. You can expect to collaborate closely with customers to assess their specific needs, providing tailored solutions and ensuring a seamless transition to our innovative HR platform. Daily tasks will include conducting system demonstrations, troubleshooting client inquiries, and developing training materials to empower users. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing you with a structured work-life balance while allowing time for professional growth. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to attend team meetings and participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creative problem-solving and collaboration among peers.
