Job Description:

Join us as a Client Happiness Coordinator supporting a sophisticated estate planning practice. In this role, you will help ensure that client matters move smoothly from document preparation to final signature and storage. Your work will focus on organizing documentation, coordinating client communications, and supporting attorneys with operational workflow tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a structured environment, communicating professionally with clients, and keeping complex processes organized. The right candidate is proactive, polished, highly detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while delivering a concierge-level client experience.

Monthly Compensation: 1,060 to 1,150 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients regarding document logistics and next steps.

• Assist with workflow management and CRM updates.

• Assemble draft document packages for client review

• Coordinate with financial advisors and institutions when necessary.

• Coordinate signing meetings both remotely and in person.

• Compile and review PDFs of executed documents.

◦ Ability to manage client correspondence in a professional and polished manner
◦ Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
◦ Ability to manage document workflows and multiple client matters simultaneously
◦ Comfortable coordinating with attorneys, clients, and financial professionals
◦ Law firm experience preferred but not required
