Job Requirements
- Terminal degree is strongly preferred (MD, PharmD, or PhD) in a health science-related field.
- Therapeutic area experience is strongly preferred.
- 4+ years of industry experience in Medical Affairs or Field Medical roles.
- Prior experience as an MSL (or equivalent) or medical operational role preferred
- Experience in managing direct reports preferred; recognized as formal mentor or leader among teams
- In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, including the regulatory and compliance landscape.
- Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of driving results and fostering innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to translate high-level medical or scientific strategy into practical field execution guidance.
- Strong strategic thinking, communication skills, and ability to influence in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to travel approximately 50% of the time or as needed to engage with stakeholders and oversee field medical activities.
