Sr. Product Manager (SmarterCharges)
As a Senior Product Manager for SmarterDx, you will play a pivotal role in the strategy, development, and enhancement of SmarterDx’s core product offering. Your role involves deeply understanding both users and existing architecture and collaborating across teams (engineering, data engineering, data science, etc.) to maximize the velocity of solving important user problems, enhancing decision-making, and solving business challenges. You will work with our clients to understand how they use our application, and form hypotheses on ways we can meaningfully improve their workflows and overall experience, collaborating with our technology teams to test their validity. In addition to providing value to our current clients, you will be expected to form a strategic vision for our current core offering, creating and maintaining a product roadmap to support future development.
**This role is fully remote within the US**
What You’ll Do
- Gain a deep understanding of the SmarterDx user and buyer market, with a focus on charge capture.
- Engage with customers to understand their workflow needs, gather feedback, and identify opportunities for product improvements.
- Define, track, and report on key success metrics to measure product performance and adoption.
- Own the product development lifecycle for new features and lead cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and designers through execution.
- Own day-to-day decision-making for the team to unblock technical contributors.
What You Bring
- 4+ years of product management experience
- 2-3+ years of experience working within the healthtech space, ideally in RCM
- Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, data science, and UX teams to drive product success.
- Experience managing both external and internal (client, Customer Success, Implementations, etc.) stakeholders
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience with healthcare data (HL7, X12, etc.)
- Experience working at an early-stage company or similarly fast-paced environment
Compensation
$185K-$200K base + benefits
