The Senior Manager, Digital Center of Excellence, blends strategy and hands-on execution to oversee the communications planning process, analytics reporting and insights across Company internal and external channels. This position plays a critical role in translating digital content strategy into data-based decision making, ensuring that communications efforts align with broader business goals.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Internal Communications & Digital CoE, this position is ideal for a dynamic digital communications professional that thrives on collaboration, coordination, and attention to detail.
Essential Functions of the Job:
Content Governance & Oversight:
Acts as the central coordinator for the newly established Corporate Affairs Digital Center of Excellence.
Monitors the content submission and tracking platform, Asana, ensuring accurate tracking implementation, task assignments and follow-up.
Owns the weekly content contributor editorial meetings – setting the agenda, liaising between stakeholders, ensuring necessary contributors and decision makers are present; drives follow-up and compliance.
Champions the digital communication strategy, ensuring consistency across channels.
Analytics & Insights:
Analyzes analytics reports to identify trends, underperforming content, and optimization opportunities across internal and external channels, including LinkedIn, META, X, Instagram, YouTube, and the global company website; communicates insights and actions to stakeholders and monitors adoption.
Works closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure analytics reports are timely, comprehensive, and digestible.
Partners with colleagues in Corporate Affairs and Global Technology Solutions to maintain and update interactive dashboards for real-time tracking of KPIs.
Serves as primary point of contact for digital analytics and insights agency
Qualifications
Strategic Program Management: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder content campaigns with Company-wide internal and external impact; identify strategic opportunities; influence and drive accountability without direct authority; manage stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Execution: Exceptional project management skills; comfort at the intersection of digital communications, corporate communications, technology, and stakeholder experience; attention to detail.
Enterprise mindset: Initiate and run all projects with an enterprise mindset.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Digital Communications or similar field.
Experience: 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, social media management and analysis. Experience in pharma/bio-tech preferred but not required.
Technical Tools: Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, social media native analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics), SEMrush/SEO and GEO tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio), Asana, SharePoint, Poppulo.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to parse large datasets, think critically, and identify actionable insights.
Communication: Ability to present complex data in a clear, concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, social media native analytics (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics), SEMrush/SEO and GEO tools, data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker Studio), Asana, SharePoint, Poppulo.
Education Required:
