Job Description

• Drive strategic projects for client operations improvements and execution • Annual client launch planning and program management • Data gathering and analysis for initiatives (example: email rates for members) • Gather stakeholder feedback and create recommendations for program improvements • Create and drive team building programs and engagement • Ensure training plans for all teams, including effectiveness measures • Develop and monitor process improvement roadmap • Define and maintain operating cadence • Monitor portfolio and completeness against program requirements • Manage team communication • Escalate management process and complex problem solving across clients and stakeholders • Launch, monitor, track new initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, operations management or related field - an equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered instead of a college degree
  • 4 or more years of relevant work experience
  • Proven track record of reviewing and organizing data in Excel
  • Experience using Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to clearly articulate via verbal and written communication
  • Experience managing tight timelines, deliverable schedules and a diverse set of internal stakeholders to meet expectations even without explicit control of all inputs needed
  • Demonstrated success collaborating and influencing internal stakeholders to prioritize work and solve problems
  • Demonstrated success presenting to senior executives using data to tell stories and influence decisions
