• Oversee the day-to-day operations, safety and quality, performance management, and on-site efficiency for HVAC and generator technicians • Ensure field execution, technical service quality, team development, inventory management, and coordination with internal support functions • Lead HVAC, Generator, and Alloy technicians in a designated area • Conduct quarterly ride-along with each technician for skill assessment, coaching, and performance documentation • Work with Scheduling team to manage work schedules and on-call schedules • Review all Work Orders and assist customer success team with onboarding new subcontractors • Ensure all employees have the proper PPE and tools • Conduct final interviews with new technician candidates • Coordinate or conduct in-field training for new hires
