Job Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in OSP engineering and design for copper and fiber networks.
- Demonstrated experience designing aerial, buried, and underground OSP plant.
- Hands-on experience with FTTH network planning and deployment.
- Familiarity with state and local municipalities, permitting, and regulatory requirements.
- Strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex engineering concepts clearly in written and verbal form.
- Proficiency with GIS-based engineering tools.
