Job Description
Role Description
Your main role as Flying ETO within the OSV's Fleet of the BOURBON Group is to enhance Technical operational performance of visited vessels by:
- Assessing vessel condition
- Monitoring maintenance processes deployment
- Training the maintenance stakeholders
Support vessels breakdown electrical/automation repairs by providing expertise and reporting to the operational cell.
Your main tasks:
- Ensure on site safe maintenance of visited vessels (LTIR, TRIR)
- Check that Maintenance processes (Maintenance Culture and Governance) are well deployed and applied. Report to Office and fill the gaps by carrying out necessary trainings.
- Support vessel breakdown repairs (UPMP) by ensuring on site leadership under the vessel Technical Superintendent. Deliver repair technical and financial report after the breakdown.
- Provide support during Vessel Technical Inspection of visited vessels to ensure that the vessel condition is as per Bourbon standards and that all deviations are well reported and assessed into the CMMS.
You will report directly to the Technical Director. This position is open on a rotational basis to be defined depending on the candidate.
Qualifications
- You have at least 3 years of experience in an ETO position.
- You are a Marine Electro Technical Officer certified with DP Maintenance Course and have experience at sea.
- You have strong marine electrical and automation knowledge in Power Generation, Propulsion Drives, and Dynamic Positioning Systems.
Requirements
- Experience in ETO position.
- Certification as Marine Electro Technical Officer.
- Strong knowledge in marine electrical and automation systems.
