Job Requirements
- 3-5 years in a healthcare field, ideally with experience supporting patients through egg donation, egg freezing, and/or IVF journeys; clinical background a major plus
- Effective verbal and written communicator with exceptional judgment and attention to detail
- Excels at building trust and rapport quickly, especially with patients / customers
- Highly efficient; ability to work independently, while also collaborating as a part of a remote team
- Solutions-oriented and a fast learner, eager to contribute to improving processes at a fast-moving startup
- Tech savvy. Proficient in Google Suite, easily able to learn and manage new CRM, customer service, and operations tools
