Job Requirements
- 6+ years of proven sales success in a DMC or related industry (hospitality, events, tourism)
- Salesforce power-user with the ability to manage pipelines and build custom reports
- Strong destination knowledge and established local relationships
- Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills
- 2+ years of experience leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue targets
- Solution-oriented and proactive mindset
- Customer service obsession and passion for hospitality/events
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- This role requires residency within our local market.
