Job Description

• Responsible for sustainment and growth of C5ISR support systems direct to the US Dept. of War • Oversee segment strategy for this customer channel • Ensure implementation of programs to maximize revenue and margin goals • Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop campaigns and materials that drive profitability • Develop and execute a comprehensive Mission Command Systems Business Development strategy • Manage the bid process, in collaboration with Inside Sales, to meet margin objectives • Identify and pursue relevant R&D initiatives and partnerships

Job Requirements

  • BS in Engineering, Business or related fields
  • 15+ years of experience in business development and sales
  • Experience in mission command systems (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Comparable military service or experience in the defense sector, preferred
  • Proficiency in capture management, proposal development, negotiation, and time management
  • Customer focused with a strong business acumen and drive for results
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship required, applicants must be able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
