• Support the Finance team in analyzing the performance and profitability of the Mutuals insurance portfolio through data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development. • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools using data visualization software to monitor exposure, production, profitability, and loss metrics across the business. • Assist in the preparation and delivery of accurate and timely recurring reports that provide insights into portfolio performance and operational trends. • Analyze insurance data to identify patterns, trends, and drivers impacting business performance, and communicate insights to support data-driven decision making. • Conduct ad-hoc analysis and investigative reporting to support business initiatives, answer key performance questions, and provide insights to leadership. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including the finance, product, and data teams to gather relevant data and ensure consistent and reliable reporting.
