Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, or another quantitative field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) preferred
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with experience working with large datasets, identifying key business drivers, and translating analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Google Sheets for data analysis
- Experience using business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Tableau, Power BI) to build scalable reports and dashboards for stakeholders
- Experience developing forecasting models, performing trend and performance analysis, and supporting business planning or strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present complex findings clearly, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting
