Job Description
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned clients, owning the relationship throughout the post-sale lifecycle
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders, aligning solutions to business objectives and long-term roadmaps
• Drive revenue growth through consultative selling of Atlassian licenses, professional services, and managed services offerings
• Identify and pursue expansion opportunities within existing accounts, as well as targeted net-new prospects
• Lead with a consultative, solution-selling approach, focused on understanding client challenges
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience relevant to the responsibilities of the role
- 5+ years of professional experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Strong client orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering a great client experience
- Demonstrated knowledge and passion for the business of Isos and our services
- Ability to stay organized and multi-task between multiple tasks/client situations simultaneously
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with using HubSpot or other CRM applications
- Ability to maintain a sense of humor in a high-pressure environment.
