Job Description

• Lead and execute economic models, including cost-effectiveness, budget impact, cost-consequence, early value, and other innovative frameworks • Develop model analysis plans, conceptual frameworks, parameter selection, and technical documentation • Build, adapt, and quality-check models built primarily in Excel and VBA (required) • Apply R and R-Shiny where appropriate for specific analytical needs, automation, reproducible workflows, or interactive tools • Use pragmatic approaches to modeling, balancing methodological rigor with real-world evidence constraints • Apply or evaluate emerging AI tools to improve model conceptualization, documentation, coding, and scenario exploration • Draft technical reports, HTA-ready documentation, and publication-quality materials • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring high-quality and on-time delivery • Coordinate project team tasks, ensuring clarity on what’s completed and what’s next • Provide structure and direction to junior team members while receiving broader guidance from senior project leads • Support risk mitigation and transparent communication with senior leads • Serve as a line manager and mentor for junior staff • Uphold internal quality assurance and quality control standards

Job Requirements

  • Master’s degree in health economics, public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy, economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
  • 5–8 years of experience in HEOR economic modeling or similar consulting environment
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and VBA for model development and adaptation
  • Strong academic record
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and experience managing project tasks
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, multi-regional teams
