Job Description

• Developing and executing a regional sales strategy aligned with the company’s national growth plan • Building relationships across the construction value chain, including engineers, architects, owners, and contractors • Driving product adoption by educating customers on technical features, regulatory requirements, and life-safety benefits • Identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities • Managing complex sales cycles with multiple decision-makers • Reporting on regional performance trends and competitive activity • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
7+ years of sales experience in engineered products, construction materials, HVAC systems, or related sectors
Proven success introducing new or disruptive products into the construction ecosystem
Ability to navigate highly fragmented, technical, code-driven markets
Demonstrated success managing long sales cycles and influencing multiple stakeholders
Strong technical aptitude and ability to communicate complex system advantages clearly
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work remotely
Willingness to travel throughout PA, MD, VA, DE, and DC as needed
