Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in demand generation or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving measurable results in lead generation, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contribution
- Expertise in managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Strong proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot) and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization principles
- Solid understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer's journey
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
