Role Description
The Trader Success Agent serves as the front line of the trader experience. You will assist traders with platform questions, evaluation rules, account issues, and general support requests. This role requires strong communication skills, a service mindset, and familiarity with crypto trading and proprietary trading environments. You will work closely with our operations and product teams to ensure traders receive timely, accurate support and feedback.
- Provide real-time support to traders via chat, email, and community channels
- Assist traders with questions related to evaluations, account rules, payouts, and platform functionality
- Help troubleshoot common platform issues and guide users through solutions
- Monitor trader feedback and escalate recurring issues to internal teams
- Support onboarding of new traders by helping them understand platform features and trading rules
- Maintain documentation of common support topics and frequently asked questions
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve the overall trader experience
- Identify opportunities to proactively help traders succeed on the platform
Qualifications
- Experience in customer support, trader support, or community management
- Strong knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and market structure
- Familiarity with proprietary trading firms or prop firm evaluation models is strongly preferred
- Excellent written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex trading concepts in a simple and helpful way
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a proprietary trading firm
- Experience supporting trading platforms or fintech products
- Familiarity with platforms such as Binance, Bybit, TradingView, or similar exchanges
- Previous experience supporting communities via Discord or similar platforms
